From the outside you'd never know what's inside. Rooms are newly remodeled. Lovely. Separate bedroom. Murphy bed in living room area. Small in room kitchen. But has everything a large home kitchen has. The bathroom has not been remodeled. But it's clean and everything works. Outside our room was a beautiful bar b que. Bar b qued with our friends which were also staying there. Invited some of the guests to join us. Very positive experience. One of the other guests came out and gave my grandchildren some paints and rocks. They had the best time. She was very very nice. Not much of a view. But with bar b queing, chatting it up with friends and other guests and the room itself it made up for the view. Went to Elephant Butte the next day. I will be going to this hotel again . I loved it.
We were pleasantly surprised with this cute renovated motel. The management was nice and accommodating, highly communicative, the rooms were renovated and comfortable, and the location was exceptional. We would 100% recommend it to anyone looking for a place close to the lake with very comfortable accommodations.
Amazing little apartments. Good for the traveling medical staff that frequent the area.
This place is great! Beautiful room! Donald was awesome! He called us on our way down to see when we would arrive so he could make sure the room was ready for us. Very affordable considering it has a full kitchen, with dishes, etc! Much better than the big chains where you are just a $ to them.
The rooms were incredible. Set up was perfect. Location is ideal and customer service was the best by far. Definitely will be back
My brother and I were pleased to share the Captains quarters on 9/9/25. We were both impressed with the room, and the staff, Donald was eager to work with us on a late check out if needed. however we were able to check out on time. P.S Donald we left some fish in the freezer for you.. Thank you for your hospitality.

The perfect place to stay! Affordable, clean, updated rooms, friendly and attentive owner and not to mention as close to the lake entrance as you can get. There is nothing but great things to say about this place. Donald was very accommodating and friendly. I highly recommend Marina Suites Motel and we look forward to going back very soon.
